Tourism Certification

The Tourism Operation Certificate is an official document issued by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Culture and Tourism, allowing a tourism business to operate legally. This certificate indicates that hotels, pensions, restaurants, travel agencies, holiday villages, campsites, and other tourism-related businesses comply with tourism regulations and meet certain quality standards.

We provide consultancy on procedures related to permits for renting residences to local or foreign individuals for tourism purposes for up to one hundred days or less, the characteristics of these residences, the obligations of permit holders, and the mutual rights and responsibilities between users and permit holders.

Obtaining the Tourism Operation Certificate is now considered mandatory for tourism businesses as well as residences and villas used for tourism purposes.
